Seminar/Workshop in the social realm

This was an inhouse seminar in Germany. The topic of the day:

• How to allow physically and/or mentally challenged people to participate in social life and make inclusion become a reality. Develop projects to make that happen.

Overall approach:

• Start with an interesting future in mind.
• Not as a final destination.
• But as a landscape that wants to take a certain shape, contour, and texture over time. And that way of understanding the vision at a certain moment in time can also change and evolve with the landscape evolving. The vision is not something that becomes a reality over time. It’s the world and culture we already inhabit.

Once a vision of that interesting world comes alive, we can develop medium sized projects (3 months / 12 weeks) to develop the contour, shape, and texture of the culture.
